Recruitment Process

If you think the Unipart Automotive Graduate Programme might be for you, applying is a simple 3-step process.

Step 1: Registration
Register your interest in our programme by meeting us at one of the above recruitment fairs, or commence your online application.

Step 2: Apply
All candidates need to apply using our online form (if you have a disability that makes this difficult please contact us by email at: leonie_wick@unipart.co.uk and we can arrange for an alternative). We will send a personalised link to the e-mail address you give us. The form will take up to one hour to complete. If you exit the form you can go back into it by following the link from the original e-mail and the details entered so far will still be there.

Step 3: Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form
Once we have received your completed form we'll send you a very brief Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form. This data is collected separately from your application and will not be processed or stored with your application and it will not be considered in any selection decision.

What next?
We will invite the successful applicants to a first interview. After that, the final stage is an Assessment Centre, which is held in Oxford. The Assessment Centre lasts for 2 days and you'll find it quite different to other centres. On the first day there will be little assessment of you, instead you will learn more about us, helping you to assess us as a potential employer. We will introduce you to Lean and you will see it in action in our teaching branch, in our offices and in our lean showcase restaurant 'The Art Room'. We finish the first day with a 3-course meal in our restaurant hosted by the Group Chief Executive, John M Neill. The main assessment will take place on the second day.
